A new air conditioner only performs as well as the install behind it. We size every system with a proper load calculation — not a square-footage guess — because an oversized unit in the Valley short-cycles, never pulls the humidity out, and dies early. Then we install it to the manufacturer's spec: new pad and disconnect where needed, properly brazed and pressure-tested line set, correct refrigerant charge, and a thermostat set up for how you actually live.
